Editing, Changing and Deleting your Listing

Thank you for your membership of Health Staff Discounts.

On this site  two levels of service are provided: our free standard service and our premium service. In order to be able to run our standard service free of charge and connect thousands of businesses with NHS Staff across the UK, like many popular website, our standard service is completely self-service for the business user.

If you wish to edit, change or delete your listing, please login and go to ‘Edit Business Details’. To delete your listing, you should simply remove all the information. This will have the effect of removing your business from the website.

Forgotten Username and/or Password


If you have forgotten your username and password and are unable to login, please check your emails. Your username would have been emailed to you when you registered. You can then get a password reminder here:-

We will also have send your username to you on every newsletter and we will do this again at some point this month. However, if you need to recover your password sooner than this, you can register for our premium service, which among many other benefits also provides full admin support.
