Nutritional Therapy uses diet to achieve good mental health and physical well-being, helping with many chronic and acute health issues. I have been able to be able to help clients with a wide range of issues including: gastrointestinal; thyroid; weight; joint problems and stress related health issues.
I specialise in fertility, pre-conception, ante- and post-natal health. Although I have children myself I have sincere empathy with those struggling to conceive and love having the opportunity to help.
I hold a BSc in Nutritional Therapy from the University of West London. This degree is held to the standard demanded by BANT, the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
In our first in-depth consultation we discuss your major health concerns, your lifestyle, your family medical history and your diet.
Following the consultation I will develop a personal program which will include recommendations on dietary change, possibly lifestyle modifications and maybe nutritive supplementation.
Achieving better health through diet and lifestyle is not about the latest trend. Instead, using sound evidence-based nutritional research, I assess you as an individual.
