We are a not for profit organisation and the treatment arm of the S.E.E.D. – the only eating disorder charity in Lancashire. Breathe is a mental health service which offers treatment and therapy for a variety of mental health issues such as eating disorders, depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress, bereavement and addictions. We acknowledge that often individuals with one mental health issue have other psychiatric co-morbidities ie. depression, OCD, addictions, therefore, individuals need a care plan catered to their specific needs, which Breathe can provide. There is no waiting list for support or treatment, we offer individual treatment unique to you, we seek to treat and help the whole person and access for eating disorder support is not based on weight or body mass. Breathe believe that all individuals have a plan and purpose for their lives and that with encouragement and support they can be released to find it and enjoy it.
