Prested Hall Health Club and Gym near Colchester in Essex has a large modern adult members health club, with a 20m indoor pool*, gym, Power Plate room, sauna, steam room, 3 outdoor lawn tennis courts (one of which is a dual purpose tennis/netball court), 2 indoor real tennis courts and The Prested Therapy Rooms.
