We are a small friendly B&B on the outskirts of the city centre in a quiet location with exceptionally clean en-suite rooms with free WiFi, tea/coffee making facilities and Tv. Free parking for one car per room. There are shuttle buses from the nearby university to Royal Derby hospital.
