Impact Assist was established in 1999 and has been providing full accident management services in the north east for almost 21 years. As Impact Assist are the only management company to have our own insurance approved vehicle accident repair centre, we are looking to assist you and your clients with repairs to their vehicle following an accident either fault or non-fault. On completion of any repair we carry out we would pay you a repair commission to the value of 15% of the net repair costs within 48 hours. The services we offer are outlined below . IMPACT ASSIST is a well respected business, a registered member of VBRA and an OFT approved supplier and was set up in 2003 but has a history going back to 1999 The following state of the art equipment is housed under one roof with a floor space of approximately 25,000 sq.foot. 1. 2 x Zhongda Spray Booth ovens with a capacity up to 3500 Kg Long Wheel Base High Roof Panel Vans. 2 6 x Vehicle Lift Ramps with various capacities up 5400KG. 3 2 x Blackhawk Jigs of which 1 is commercial with a capacity up to 3500 Kg Long Wheel Base High Roof Panel Vans. 4 MOT and Service centre covering classes iv & vii 5 Full electronic diagnostic equipment. FNOL We offer a 24 hour FNOL service for both fault and non-fault accidents and our highly experienced staff can advise the client the best course of action depending on the circumstances of the accident. We also carry out full claims management on behalf of the broker & client. Repair Services Impact Assist provide a full range of accident repair services including mobile estimating, collection & delivery & high quality repairs. We deal direct with clients insurance companies on claims where the client is at fault and 3rd party insurance companies on non-fault cases meaning the client does not have the stress of dealing with several different companies. Replacement Vehicles At Impact Assist we understand the need to get customers back up and running and mobile throughout the claims process. We can do this by proving a courtesy car in the event of a fault accident and a hire vehicle in the event of a non-fault accident which allows the client to continue their day to day activities. Referral Commissions Example On the basis of our average repair cost of £2800 the commission due would be £420 payable 48hrs after repair completion. IMPACT ASSIST are an approved repairer for several major insurance companies and provides services for other local authorities. We at IMPACT ASSIST understand the importance of speed of turnaround of repair work as vehicle down time is a major factor in fleet running costs. It is our policy to ensure any repairs are completed to the highest quality in the shortest possible time.
