I offer a free 15-20 minute telephone call to ask any questions you may have.
If you decide to start therapy with me I offer a reduction of fees from £75 an hour to £50 for 60 minutes for key-workers for 6 sessions after which the fee will revert to my normal one.

I specialise in working with Trauma or PTSD.
I am an experienced practitioner accredited by the EMDR Association UK, and EMDR is my treatment of choice (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) for these problems.
I will sometimes bring in techniques for Trauma Focussed CBT where appropriate.
If standard counselling or psychotherapy is needed with 30 years' experience behind me I can also work in this way depending on your needs.
