I'm Claz and I'm a professional career & life coach who also trained as a professional massage therapist in summer 2018. I only learned how to massage because I wanted to learn how to avoid hurting my Nana when she asked me to massage her. I never intended to make a career out of it (that was what the coaching was for). But in Oct 2020, in the middle of the pandemic when chronic pain and injury was surfacing more as a general result of home working and lack of physical activity, I decided to use my skills to help people improve their physiological conditions. I'm CNHC registered and totally enjoy what I do!
