DW Sports Derby Gym- Offering health and fitness amenities to all NHS staff. we have a newly refurbished gym with a lady friendly area, fuctional area, freeweights, heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sun beds and two studios.
All our classes and pool/jacuzzi areas are included in your membership. There are over 50 classes to choose from, ranging from yoga, pilaties and tai chi, to circuits, abs classes, spin and zumba!!
