North Lodge is a smallholding on a south facing slope overlooking the Preselli Hills, part of the Pembrokeshire National Park, and ten minutes drive from several beaches and Cardigan town
The B&B accommodation, with its own separate entrance, is in the old 1850s part of the Lodge. It is low carbon, heated by solar or wood. North Lodge has just over 4 acres to explore, with vegetable, fruit and herb plots. The Cabin is a large room, seating area with wood burner and sleeping area.
We offer a more traditional camping experience, of good sized pitches with a combination of short and long grass areas for wildlife, and a central campfire. Private and away from the main house the campsite is peaceful, campers tell us ‘It has a good feeling’
No cars are allowed on the field but we provide wheelbarrows for carting all your stuff. In the turfed roof information block there’s the usual toilet and shower and there’s also two compost loos, very popular with our campers. Set up tents are supplied for novices or just easy camping.
As well as families and individual bookings the site is ideal for group bookings, from around 20 upwards.
