At its heart, Craniosacral Therapy is a system of healing which works to encourage the bodies ability to awaken, resource and increase vitality which may have been lost through body tensions, chronic pain, stress and trauma. By bringing the body system to a place of deeper relaxation, natural homeostasis deepens and our sense of health and balance can return.
In a typical session, I use a gentle hands on approach whilst you remain fully clothed laying on the couch. Through various palpitation skills, we can determine where the body is holding tension and facilitate in your bodies natural ability to heal itself.
