'Water's Edge' is a modern end-townhouse, situated right on the harbourside in the sleepy village of Garlieston, near Wigtown (National Booktown). The property enjoys sea views, with a balcony overlooking the bay, and the main bedroom is ensuite. Open plan living room, with comfortable seating area, well-equipped kitchen and dining alcove. Coastal walks on the doorstep.
'Forest Edge' is a traditional granite cottage in a quiet location on the edge of the small town of Dalbeattie, backing onto woodland, and within 10 minutes drive of the pretty coastal villages of Kippford and Rockcliffe. The cottage has an open fire in the lounge, a well-equipped modern kitchen and bathroom with shower over the bath. Outside is a garden with patio seating area, with a stile leading into Dalbeattie Forest (part of the 7Stanes mountain-biking network).
