Depending on the availability of tickets for shows participating in the scheme, Acoustic Music Centre @ UCC offers a 20% discount on the face value of the highest priced ticket for a given show. This offer is available only over the counter at the AMC @ UCC box office, Ukrainian Community Centre, 14 Royal Terrace, Edinburgh EH7 5AB from the date of the venue opening each year in August. The offer is not available from the Fringe box office. As shows are added to the AMC's programme each year from January onwards their details will be available on the AMC box office website (http://bit.ly/2tDuWx7) or AMC's FaceBook events listings (https://www.facebook.com/pg/AcousticMusicCentre/events/?ref=page_internal). AMC @ UCC has one ground floor performance space seating 80 which is wheelchair accessible but, because wheelchair spaces are limited please call 07968 131737 in advance. The Cellar Bar is not wheelchair accessible. Please check as there may be age restrictions on certain shows.
Acoustic Music Centre @ UCC, aka AMC @ UCC, (UCC is the Ukrainian Community Centre) is a venue during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe every August (Fringe venue number 138). AMC @ UCC began in 2017 when St Bride's Centre, our venue since 2005, ceased to be our venue earlier that year and we were forced to decamp. The entertainment at AMC is primarily folk/roots/acoustic music - but there are usually other genres of entertainment as well - from around the world but mostly from Scotland and the rest of the British Isles. Typically we host some 70-80 shows each Fringe. UCC is a fully licensed venue serving refreshments (and maybe simple snacks - tbc).
