Gymophobics is a Ladies Only Gym which offers ladies of all shapes, sizes and ages an opportunity to enjoy a unique work out. If you hate gyms then you will love Gymophobics ! Ladies work out for 30 minutes, 3 times a week on their own personalised programme. We offer a totally different concept to conventional gyms. Gymophobics resisted tension apparatus works off air and we combine your workout with callisthenics which is a specific type of stretching designed to really work the abs. Our members results are just amazing! We help members to achieve amazing fast inch and weight loss, firm and tone all of their main muscle groups and figure improve. We also offer a free Slimming Club Membership, spray tanning and vibro plate sessions. Reassessments every 12 weeks are also part of the membership.
