we are a centre in the Huddersfield town centre that provides fun sessions for active children and space for their families to feel welcome and safe. We provide little ninjas, an exercise session with a personal safety theme, also we have ladies self defence courses and adult martial arts. We have a craft club and mothers meet up every monday along with a monthly sling meet. we also hire out space for other practitioners, bongo beats, music and rhythm, drama classes for children 2 to 7 years and agreed dance for all ages. There is also 6 week courses of baby massage and pamper afternoons for tired mums who deserve a treat. We also offer children's parties that are fully hosted.by characters in themed dress. our ethos is to promote physical, emotional and social well being.
