Initial consultation free plus a reduced hourly rate of £25 per training session for NHS staff (normally £40ph). Please use the contact booking form on the Endeavour Personal Training website quoting NHSPT

 Hourly one on one and group (max 4 people) personal training sessions which take place either in your home or the local park. I bring all the equipment with me to provide a fun, energetic but hard workout based around what you, the client, is looking to achieve from the training sessions. I also provide postural assessment/correction and lifestyle/nutritional assessment and guidance.
