All NHS staff are offered annual membership at the reduced rate of £80.85. For local staff this can be deducted via the payroll department monthly.
We are the Sports and Social Club based on the site of the University Hospital of Wales.
We have 25 metre swimming pool,Fitness Suite,Squash, Badminton and 5-a-side courts. We run a variety of classes each day, i.e.Step, Box Fit, Zumba, Pilates, Yoga. Facilities can be paid for as they are used or monthly tickets can be purchased.
Our bar area is open all day serving freshly brewed coffee or tea with delicious cakes and cold drinks. We also serve a breakfast and lunch menu with a specials menu served each evening.
We have a variey of meeting rooms where we can host from a small board meeting to a wedding for 200 people. Our catering team can provide buffets and refreshments.
