Hi, I am Neil Liddiard and I own my own personal training business in Guildford, Surrey - NShape Fitness. I am fully qualified, insured and REPs accredited and I am also a professional Ice Hockey Player for the Guildford Flames.
I take my clients to a private gym in Christ's College, Guildford or I am happy to travel to surrounding areas to train you in your home or place of work.
Every session is made fun and enjoyable and most importantly IT WORKS!! My clients are losing weight, toning up and getting fit and healthy! No gimmicks - we just work hard and the results follow.
