PT sessions are usually offered at £35 per hour. If you contact me quoting the reference NHSEF9 I will gladly offer 12 sessions for the price of 10 (the 10 sessions will be charged at £30 per hour) or 6 sessions for the price of 5 (the 5 sessions will be charged at £31 per hour).
Based in Ipswich I run my business from a one-to-one PT studio also offering lifestyle and nutritional advice if required. Equipment available for use includes ViPRs, kettlebells, bumper plates and power station, dumbbells along with other toning equipment such as resistance bands and swiss balls. Every client is different and Envy Fitness ensures individuality. One size definitely does not fit all.
