It has also won the Gower Society Vernacular Award which is the first time since 2007 that this has been granted.
The Manse sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms and is Graded 4 Star by Welsh Tourist Board.
The property has integrated door upstairs and downstairs so can be let with or without the 1 Bed Chapel (plus sofa bed).
