Our holiday flats (2 and 4) have recently been assessed by the English Tourist Board as 2 STAR and all flats are keep in the same standard.
Only 2 extra costs not included in the rent:
Parking permit (street parking)are available at 40p per day,
The electricity (all the equipment works on electric) costs in average £5-7 per week.
