From our experience in the industry, when a customer has a boiler repair problem we have found that most boiler repair problems can be resolved within one hour, therefore we have no call out charge but instead we have an hourly rate that will normally cover our customers boiler problems. This makes us very transparent regarding any costs. All of our engineers are gas safe and fully insured, giving all our customers peace of mind.
