I use a combination of Clinical Massage therapy, Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Hypnotherapy, Reiki and Nutritional Medicine to treat dis-ease and promote wellbeing.
Massage could be the beginning of your healing journey allowing you to connect with your body, it is incredibly relaxing and cleansing. For other more emotional concerns EFT and/or hypnotherapy is a good way of ridding yourself of unwanted habits, unnecessary subconscious limitations and unlocking your potential. Reiki is wonderful for 'tuning up' the body and restoring your energy flow.
