Our studio is exclusive to Personal Training so there is never any worries of training in a large crowded gym.
We cover all aspects of fitness from weight management to kickboxing and every client is treated with warmth and respect.
We also run 3 circuit classes a week on a pay on the day basis, so no need to hook in advance just turn up and join in the fun.
