When you join our Doncaster gym you will be indtroduced to the Nuffield Health 3-step plan which is expertly designed by our specialists to help you succeed.
The plan starts with our unique 12-point HEALTH MOT from which you'll obtain your personal health score. After 3 months of carrying out personalised exercise programmes you'll then have your second Health MOT - If you have not maintained or improved your score you'll be free to leave with no obligation, if you have then we will reward you with over £100 worth of free gifts including a months free memberhsip.
