Treatment is taken after a thorough case-history and examination including a postural assessment, and gentle treatment techniques are used to alleviate the aches and pains,and advice and exercises are given to help prevent recurrences of the problem. This is tailor-made for you specifically, and in most cases only 3-4 treatment sessions are necessary.
