I offer sports and pain relief massage. Sprains, strains and aches. Bad backs, sore neck and shoulders. Pain caused by work and habitual patterns or an injury sustained through sport or everyday living.
Massage has been recognised to be helpful in painful back conditions and is also considered of benefit for low moods and depression. Calming the nervous system, caring and listening, help the body yo relax and heal.
