My approach to treatment is a blend of structural and functional Osteopathic techniques as well as Sports Injury management which includes continual biomechanical assessment to measure your progress. Dry Needling Acupuncture, Kinesiology Taping, Ultra sound and Interferential Therapy (IFT / IFC) are available to complement treatment sessions.
The practice has a special interest in the management and treatment of Shoulder and Knee injuries as well as chronic and acute Back problems. Treatment is as individual as you and I can offer additional exercise and conditioning advice to aid recovery and help avoid future injury.
The practice is family orientated and I have clients of all ages and backgrounds as well as athletes from novices to elite level.
