I offer a confidential and small private practice which allows a reflective space to work through any issues which may be causing unhappiness or distress. If you are interested but not sure how therapy works, book a free 30 minute consultation to come and see. Often people prefer to have therapy away from where they work as some of the issues might be related to work and it can be more therapeutic to be somewhere independent with someone independent.
