We start our Lil'Dragons from 3yrs to 5yrs Juniors from 6yrs to 12yrs then the teen & adults, our training is great fun, fantastic for building confidence and fitness.
We have our own gym so the adult students can do all their training under one roof, we also have Sparring classes Xtreme tricks classes and Brazilian Jiujitsu classes, so come down for a free trial.
