I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) psychotherapist and Integrative counsellor with many years experience of working in the NHS and with private clients. I have worked with adults of all ages, over a wide range of problems, including trauma, anxiety, depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), eating disorders, work stress, relationship problems and low self-esteem. I work with both individuals and couples.
I am accredited by BABCP (British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies), CPC (Counsellors & Psychotherapists in Primary Care) and BSCAH (British Society of Clinical & Academic Hypnosis). I am also a member of BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) and COSRT (College of Sexual & Relationship Therapists.
