Martial arts for the whole family. We run classes from the ages of 4 upwards. We can teach you self defence and if you like the sport side of Taekwondo there is always plenty of tournaments to enter. Tournaments are not for everyone, so if all you want to do is get fit, gain confidence, lose weight or even meet new people then we can do that too! First class is free!
