Through an initial consultation, I will identify with you the problems you're facing and tailor the solutions to suit your needs from the host of tools and techniques I am qualified to provide, including coaching, hypnotherapy, Cognitive behavioural therapy and NLP.
Sessions can be provided on a one to one or group basis from my practices in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, or on-site where appropriate.
