We are a small Fitness Studio based in Lancaster (opposite the RLI) offering superb small group classes. The numbers are kept to a maximum of 8 and the instructor is always a fully qualified and experienced Personal Trainer. Fantastic facility at superb prices!
Class times are ideally suited to shift work, with early morning, lunch and evening classes. Gym is also open for use all day, as well as classes!
