Life sometimes throws up things that cause us difficulty and pain. I have the experience and skills
to assist you in dealing with these things.
I am here to support you to deal with issues which you’re struggling with. Whether you have identified the specific issues or unsure what they are, I am here to walk alongside you and be an enabler so you can take control back, and find resolutions to them.
I believe you have already have most of the resources needed and can develop new ones, which will enable you to examine the issues being experienced, whether these are based in the here and now, or are deep rooted in the past
I work short term or long term depending on the requirements. In the first session we will both get a sense of if we can work successfully together.
I Also offer counselling alongside Neuro Linguistic Programming with NLP
For clients who want a structured approach to enable them to deal with issues in their lives. Ultimately giving more choice and belief in achieving and succeeding in various accepts of life such as relationships and career for example:
- Smoking Cessation
- Removal of phobias
- Decision making
- Removal of limiting Beliefs
- Breaking free from the past
- Confidence building
- Presenting skills
- How to work with difficult people or handling difficult situations
- Gain understanding on your internal processors and how to maximise your potential
I have a special interest in working with:
Clients who wish to explore how they function, think and behave, gaining greater insight into themselves and their place in the world.
Clients who feel they are a failure in some way, and this underpins why they feel they are unable to achieve and succeed in life.
Sometimes there are no easy answers or resolutions to specific aspects causing you difficulty. Learning to accept and work out how better to deal with these will find counselling beneficial.

A Little about Me
I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. I love to laugh, humour is a panacea to me, whether its listening to a funny joke, story, or situation comedy. I have been known to make the odd joke myself (with varying degrees of success). I also enjoy watching fiction and nonfiction movies; I enjoy the processes and interactions of the characters, and appreciate the authors/directors interpretations of individual characters and events and sometimes just to simply watch
and enjoy a good story.
