Each session takes only 30 minutes with constant support on each visit from our qualified instructors who are always on hand to give you encouragement and motivation. Our unique ‘air resistance’ equipment is easy to use and gets results in weeks rather than months. We offer our services to ladies of all ages, shapes and abilities – we are a gym for real women!
We are based in of Cambridge near the airport with easy access off the A14 with parking available.
