In these tough times, everyone is struggling financially, none more so than NHS staff who we all expect to be there when we need them, yet are also taken for granted. The government know this and so NHS staff are not rewarded sufficiently for what they do. I have had many occasions to appreciate what they do, so anything I can do to give something back is something that I'm willing to do to repay their help in some small way.
