We provide a fully equipped yoga studio. We offer classes for complete beginners, and walk them through the postures. We have intermediate and advanced classes so you are able to make progress and develop your skills and ability to your individual capacity. You will work within your comfort zone, but will be encouraged to explore your wildest dreams. Those who are able and wish to will explore, head balance and all the extreme inversions. Those with specific injuries or challenges ( back problems, knee or hip replacements) will be welcomed and exposed to the joys and power of yoga, step by step. We have pregnancy, mum and baby yoga and there is a class for you.!
