50% off admission to ZZUB Fest main annual festival.
ZZUB Fest is Wolverhampton's first and only independent film festival for lovers of cult, trash, pulp, sci-fi, horror and gore films.
The first festival takes place in Wolverhampton city centre in November 2012 (see website for information) and will be an all day event. ZZUB Fest will then become an annual event.
There will be a mixture of classic feature films within the genre and new short films made by hobbyist and amateur film makers, who will compete for the ZZUB Golden Clapperboard Award.
There will also be memorabilia stalls, exhibitions and demonstrations, e.g., how to apply SFX make-up, making films with, no to low budget.
Messages of support have already come from cult TV and film actress Jane Merrow, King of the B-Movies - producer Roger Corman and Team Barrowman - John Barrowman's representatives while he's filming abroad.
An exciting venture, ZZUB Festival is bound to grow annually - so here's your chance to be part of something entertaining and new to the city.
There will be Sub ZZUB Fest screenings held throughout the year showing entrants to the different heats of the main festival award. The winners of each heat will qualify for the annual ZZUB Golden Clapperboard Award.
