Splash Fit is a fully accessible sport facility designed to offer something for everyone.
Split into 2 areas THE GYM and THE POOL, the gym is open planned fully equipped with resistant weight machines, free weights and cardiovascular machines it is used for recreational use, personal training and fitness classes ie boxercise, circuits, body pump etc.
THE POOL is a special endless HYDRO POOL situated in a private room with changing rooms and toilets, it has a set water temp of a minimum 31 degrees and is ideal for recreational use, rehabilitation, personal training and swimming lessons.
Swimming lessons include 1-2-1, small group sessions, adults, children and parent/toddler classes suitable for 0-3yrs.
All ages and all abilities welcomed.
