Based in Long Stratton, Norfolk, our inaugural JW CORE conditioning gym provides clients with a professional but fun, functional approach to exercise.
Our members will benefit from improved body movement and physical conditioning as well as feeling great. Combining components of sports conditioning with functional movement based exercise no commercial gym can off this form of training.
At JW CORE the emphasis is on class participation. Our clients are assured close interaction with the trainers, therefore profiting from high quality methods, motivation and advice.
Our classes cater to everyone from the first time exerciser, to individuals with medical conditions referred by their GP, and to the professional athlete aiming to further adapt to the demands of their sport.
Classes include martial arts and self defence in our matted area and will cater for different age groups and all experience levels.
