Bright Shadow are experts in designing and delivering creative group activities for people with dementia in order to promote high levels of wellbeing.
We deliver:
-Zest workshops: themed, participatory and sensory group activity sessions that use performance-based activities to bring life, energy and fun to individuals and environments.
-Training for staff in how to 'think outside the box' and use creativity to enhance activities they already provide, as well as plan and deliver new activity sessions.
-Bright Box activity resources to enable staff to deliver creative activities.
-Mrs Minteeda's Marvellous Mind: a training installation to help staff of all levels understand what it might be like to experience dementia.
