 I give a variety of therapies, which can be used in a combination or on their own, these include Counselling, Reiki healing, Thought Field Therapy and Theta healing. Reiki is a very relaxing therapy which can restore energy and well being. Thought Field Therapy (TFT) can help to release traumas, grief, or any other issue which is having a negative effect on our lives, in a very gentle way, but having very fast and good results. Theta healing is a beautiful healing which connects to our higher selves 'The Creator of all that is' many people have been helped with physical and emotional problems with this modality. These therapies all help to bring inner peace. Reiki is especially helpful and can energise both on an emotional and physical level, which also gives the client 'time out' .. a wonderful feeling of relaxation for people involved in caring and stressful work.
