With the demands and stressful situations that everyday living and working can put upon our bodies, reflexology is a way of helping to maintain health and well-being.
My passion is helping relieve clients with pain using Reflexology and Reiki to help the bodies aid the body's own healing. I have consistent great results with client's suffering with neck, back, shoulder, knee and hip pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder and nerve damage.
I am fully insured and qualified with an NCFE accredited Diploma at Level 4, and have also gained further qualification with Sally Earlam as a maternity reflexologist and am trained in fertility, assisted conception and pregnancy reflexology.
I have also attended a course of training with Carol Samuel in Pain Management with reflexology using nerve reflex therapy.
Reiki Level I and II degree.
