I am an Integrative Counsellor and registered MBACP. I run my private practice from my local Health and Well Being Centre offering individual clients long or short term counselling.
I'm also working as a counsellor on behalf of Mind Mental Health Charity.
The term integrative means i use one or more theoretical approaches within my practice , as i feel each individual person is unique in their own experience, and so tailor my approach accordingly.
I offer a warm safe non-judgemental and confidential environment.I adhere to the BACP guidelines of good ethical practice and continue to develop professionally, through ongoing training and regular counselling supervision.
