 If you suffer from stress, minor health niggles, or just wish you had a moment to get your head together, I can help. I can help you find the pivotal issues that need healing, and guide you to deal with them, or just give you the head space to discover what you want and work out how to achieve it. There are many specific areas in which I can help. The are just a few of the things I may be able to assist you with: Fears, phobias, anxieties Weight control Pain management Spiritual and self development issues Stress management and relaxation techniques Obsessive Compulsive Disorders Reactive Depression (ie depression caused by a known life event/s) Self-esteem and confidence issues, including performance anxiety, eg exam nerves, public speaking Stop smoking Grief and loss Some fertility issues Setting and achieving goals and aims Sometimes, you just need to let off steam to someone who won't judge, criticise, or tell you what to do. You may simply need someone to ask you the right questions, or to bounce ideas off, or to help you find the best path to your dreams. There may be a specific issue you want help with, or perhaps you just need a moment of calm in an increasingly busy and demanding world, or better and more refreshing sleep. I am trained in a wide range of holistic therapies, so I can help my clients in the best way for them. This includes counselling and coaching skills, and I can also offer Reiki training to Master level.
