We have a membership that is £29.00 for unlimited classes, in accordance with 20 members of NHS staff we can look at bringing that down to £24.00 per month (its a standing order) so no need to pay anything up front or no cancellation fee.
If you want to do pay as you go our classes are usually £5.00 per class for NHS staff we can look at WEDNESDAY SPECIAL £3.00 per class.
We can also look at buy 5 classes get 2 free cost is £25.00 (you can turn up whenever you want), you will just get marked off each time you do.
As this is my studio I am open to suggestions
We offer meditation, tai chi, pilates and many yoga classes, to aid with depression, back-ache, over-weight, lethargy and of course on the other scale, healthy, energetic, fit as a fiddle. Our classes are varied and catered towards fitness levels. I have branded PURPLE DOVE to focus on sorting out the inside of us i.e. "getting our minds right". I have been teaching yoga now for 14 years and have found that it is improved my mental state, physical health as well as strengthening my coping mechanisms. We have male and female customers. Our youngest client is 9 years old and our oldest is 72 years old. Our facilities are clean and tidy with inspiring messages. In our studio, we also have an on-site beautician, who can fit you in before or after a fabulous de-stressing yoga class or any class of your choice. We have a little coffee area (run through an honesty box) that you can sit have a chat with your friend after a class. We also have various holistic therapists that can be organised through an appointment. All our staff are friendly, kind, supportive and maybe a bit whacky with wonderful sense of humours. We are having our 3rd birthday part on 22nd August why not come and see the facilities for yourself and have some cake and tea with us...There is a free yoga class starting at 14:00 - 15:00 ....wear comfy clothes light and love to wonderful people who are working hard for us!!!!
