The Llama Park is a Family-Run visitor attraction set in the beautiful countryside of the Ashdown Forest in East Sussex on the A22 with free parking.
With 33 acres of Park and Woodland and stunning views of the surrounding countryside the Park is a great favourite with the local community and tourists alike.
The Park has its own licenced Restaurant and Coffee Shop serving a wide variety of food to suit all tastes as well as vegetarian and gluten free options.
Famous for its Cream Teas the Park also welcomes coaches and groups and has its own catering operation for weddings - The Park is a licenced wedding venue - parties and lunches every day.
There is an excellent gift and fashion shop with items to suit all ages and tastes. The Shop specialises in selling Alpaca knitwear and Pima Cotton products with a wide selection of toys for children.
There is a great playground, with a bouncy castle and playhouses, for children. The Llama Park is home to over 100 different animals including llamas, alpacas, reindeer, Spanish horses, donkeys, Shetland ponies, sheep, goats and pigs. Ducks and geese can be found swimming in their pond watched by turkeys, chickens, peacocks and guinea fowl.
Llama walks into the countryside for the more adventurous, or just around the Park for the less active and younger children, are available as are donkey rides for those under 60 kilos.
The Llama Park has excellent disabled facilities and welcomes all categories of Special Needs from the blind and deaf to the mentally and physically challenged.
Father Christmas comes to the Llama Park every November to visit his reindeer, which The Llama Park looks after for him during the year, and then he spends the next few weeks meeting little children and their parents at The Park before setting off on Christmas Eve to deliver presents to all the little children around the world.
