I am Hannah, a fitness and Pilates instructor based in Macclesfield and covering the surrounding areas in gyms, community classes and personal training.
I have been instructing for over two years now and I am loving it - it is so rewarding to see people progress and get stronger, fitter and more confident.
My classes are fun, friendly and welcoming to all. No intimidation and everyone works at their own pace, no pressure.
I have launched Pilates in the community and am passionate about promoting Pilates as it is such a great way to get stronger and improve your posture. My community classes are reasonably priced and suitable for all abilities as I want to ensure that everyone can access exercise. I also offer Pilates personal training for those who prefer a tailored, one-on-one program or small group training.
