we are a family run Personal Training Club at Inspire & we tailor your membership to your goals and requirements. We give you a trainer to take you through every workout and we tailor make your training to include great variations including Cardio, Weights, Boxing, Kickboxing, Yoga and Pilates to be much more enjoyable and to guarantee great results. We also include personalised Nutritional Plans and regular Weight, Measurement and Body Fat reviews to ensure you are getting the most from your visits, to assist in achieving your desired goals. We even have individual Saunas & Sunbeds in the mens and ladies changing rooms for a little added relaxation. We have a number of Member Successes around the club for inspiration.
